General Questions

Q: Do I have to have a PayPal account to order?
A: No! I use PayPal for their secure online payment processing because they are one of the best in the business and offer protection for everyone involved. Just click the Pay with Debit or Credit Card button during the payment part of checkout

Q: Are your watermarks printed on your photos?
A: No, they are just there to protect my photo online. I do sign all my greeting cards and fine art prints but not my canvas or metal prints. They are shipped straight to you from the printing lab.

Q: How long does it take to ship out products?
A: Anything that is already pre-printed (like calendars, ornaments, etc) ship the next business day. Greeting cards and my fine art prints are printed by me and shipped out within 2 business days after the order is received. Canvas Wraps and Metal Prints usually takes 2-5 business days to ship from the printing lab.

Q: How do you ship your products?
A: I ship all my greeting cards, fine art prints, calendars in flat envelopes/packaging via the United States Post Office. The smaller items can be shipped first class mail but I recommend priority mail because it travels faster but comes with insurance and tracking information. All canvas and metal prints are shipped free via UPS directly from the printing lab. All orders that exceed $124.99 before tax will get free shipping to anywhere in the USA.

Q: What products have free shipping?
A: All Canvas Wraps and Metal Prints get free shipping to anywhere in the US. Plus all orders with any of my products that exceed $124.99 before tax will get free shipping to anywhere in the USA.

Greeting Cards

Q: What size are the greeting cards and how do they open?
A: My Greeting Cards measure 5x7 inches closed and 10x7 inches when opened. The orientation depends on the photo. Wide photos open from the bottom to top and vertical photos open from the right to left.

Q: How thick of paper are the greeting cards?
A: I use 60lb paper that is high quality photo paper on one side and plain paper on the other. I choose the 60lb because it offers a perfect balance of rigidness so the card can stand on its own with museum archival quality. They also don’t cost any extra when sending them through the mail.

Q: How are the greeting cards printed?
A: I do all my in-house printing on my Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 Photo Printer. It’s a professional photographic printer that leverages the outstanding Full-Photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering technology and the 11-color pigment-based ink set with the Chroma Optimizer to create prints with fine detail and a wide, accurate color gamut.

Q: Do the greeting cards come with envelopes?
A: Every one of my greeting cards come with a nice white envelope and they are both in a clear protective sleeve.

Q: How are the greeting card shipped?
A: I ship all my greeting cards in a flat envelope with a protective plastic sleeve via the United States Post Office.
