Return Policy

My photo products are custom printed when you order, so I DON’T offer cash refunds. However, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so you may return the item within 7 days from receipt of item and receive a store credit for the cost of the purchased item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for return shipping charges and any in transit losses so I recommend insuring all packages to cover any damages. If you have any questions or if there is something wrong with your order, please don’t be afraid to reach out to me.


Shipping Damage

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please take photos of the item and packaging, and then contact me ASAP. I’ll get your order reprinted a and send out to you immediately and I’ll take care of dealing with the shipper.


Incorrect Ordering

Don’t worry it’s happens! If you make an incorrect order, please reach out to me ASAP. I’ll refund the incorrect amount as long as you reach me before your order is printed. Please note the refund can take a few days depending on your bank or credit card.
